Using water ensures an authentic experience, and the tension in the belt drive remains smooth and constant without any dead spots. Rowing provides a wonderful full-body workout that is suitable both for beginners and advanced athletes.

Adjustable resistance: Twin Tank with 10 difficulty levels

Fluid Rower’s Twin Tank allows you to easily select from between 10 resistance levels simply by turning a dial on the tank. The ingenious system passes water between a passive inner chamber and active outer chamber. This saves users from having to fill or empty the tank to change the resistance as with conventional water rowing machines. The tank is made of durable polycarbonate to avoid leaks and cracking. With such a versatile system, users of any fitness level are able to enjoy intense or leisurely workouts whether they’d like to focus more on strength or endurance.

Durable steel frame for many years of use

The Fluid Rower Neon Pro XL features a strong steel frame to withstand the most intense use. A solid piece of bent steel arches over the tank and supports the pulley mechanisms. The Fluid Bluetooth monitor provides comprehensive and precise training data in real time. The monitor displays all important data like time, watts, calories burned, distance and strokes per minue. The resistance level changes to reflex the setting on the tank. A unique feature of this monitor is the Power Graph that shows a graphical representation of the force curve of your rowing stroke. This helps you improve the steadiness and consistency of your rowing stroke. The Bluetooth capabilities allow you to pair your rower with a smartphone and use apps like KinoMap to follow routes around the world and better track your health and performance data.
