TheForce USA Centre Connector Adapter for the Tandem Tower lets you attach accessories to the centre of the Force USA Tandem Tower so you can use its weight stack with the Force USA Sliding Bench. The cables from the Tandem Tower run along the lower pulleys of the Sliding Bench to produce resistance for exercises like leg presses, hack squats, leg curls and leg extensions.

This connector has no function when used alone and is not a universal accessory. It is designed solely for use with the Force USA Tandem Tower.

The guarantee is valid in terms of the general statutory provisions for the end user.

  • Assemble equipment on a flat, stable surface.
  • During assembly, tighten hardware loosely at first. Once the unit is fully assembled, tighten all hardware securely from the bottom up.
  • Inspect all bolts and connections after assembly and before first use.
  • 3. Medical & Health Advisory
  • Consult a physician or qualified health professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you:
  • Are over 35 years of age
  • Have pre-existing health conditions
  • Have not exercised regularly
  • Stop exercising immediately if you experience:

  • Dizziness
  • Nausea
