Description: Taurus Belt Squat Machine IFP

The Taurus Belt Squat Machine IFP takes the weight off the user’s shoulders and instead has them lift it using a wide belt that sits above the hips in the small of the back. This machine effectively trains the muscles in the legs and buttocks, i.e. the quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes, while minimising the load on the spine and shoulders.
