As with all products by NOHrD, the NOHrD Sling is impressive with its very high-quality workmanship and the fine wood types. The sling trainer is available in oak, beech, ash, cherry and walnut. Alongside the natural wood colours, there are two more stained, darker wood versions available with Club and Shadow. With all wood types, the rings are manufactured from multiplex-wood, stained black and they feel like sculptured hand rests.
Training with the NOHRD Sling suspension training sling demands use of almost all muscles. It strengthens both strength and endurance, as well as mobility in a functional manner. The rope length is variably adjustable thanks to the comfortable mechanism.
You can simply attach the sling trainer directly to the ceiling using the metal eyelets. The material to fix the trainer is included in the scope of delivery. Thanks to the carabiners, the NOHrD Sling can be quickly hung up and taken down. Due to the compact dimensions and the low weight, the sling trainer is also ideally suited to a workout outside. Simply attach the sling to a suitable branch.
